Full Job DescriptionOur client is an emerging global fashion network for shopping, working with some of the most influential creators, artists, athletes, and celebrities. They are currently looking to hire a full time Events Manager to join their growing team.This is a full time role, onsite in Soho 5 days/week.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and has a passion for creating buzzworthy events that merge fashion, community, and cultural influence.Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of immersive brand experiences, pop-ups, and industry activations. This role requires exceptional project management skills, creative vision, and the ability to build strong relationships with partners and vendors. Its an opportunity to take ownership in a highly creative environment, working alongside a team of fashion-forward innovators at the intersection of tech and culture.Key Responsibilities:Event Strategy & Planning-Develop and execute a calendar of showroom activations, private events, and community-driven experiences.- Conceptualize event formats that align with emcees brand identity and enhance our partnerships with designers, talent, and cultural figures.- Secure venues, permits, and necessary approvals for offsite activations when required.Event Production & Execution- Oversee all event logistics, including setup, staffing, catering, and guest experience.- Manage vendor relationships, from catering and florals to lighting and AV production.- Ensure all elements of the eventfrom check-in flow to branding and hospitalityare executed seamlessly.Talent & Guest Management- Coordinate with PR and marketing teams to curate guest lists, ensuring a mix of press, influencers, industry insiders, and key brand partners.- Oversee RSVPs and check-in process, ensuring VIP and talent hospitality is a priority.- Manage talent and brand involvement, ensuring activations align with partner expectations.Budget & Resource Management- Own event budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and optimized for maximum impact.- Negotiate with vendors and partners to secure high-quality, cost-effective solutions.- Provide post-event reporting, tracking KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and press coverage.Marketing & Brand Integration- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure events are properly promoted across digital platforms.- Oversee branding elements at events, ensuring all signage, gift bags, and visuals align with the brand aesthetic.- Support content creation by coordinating photographers, videographers, and social media coverage.Qualifications:- Experience in event production, experiential marketing, or brand activations, preferably within fashion, luxury, or cultural spaces.- Strong network within the fashion, music, and creative industries.- Proven ability to manage multiple events at once, from intimate showroom gatherings to large-scale activations.- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.- Passion for fashion, culture, and creating memorable brand experiences.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
