Position: Executive Chef

Location: Southern New Hampshire Area

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000

We are seeking an Executive Chef for a country club in the s outhern New Hampshire area. The right candidate will bring hands-on leadership, creativity, and experience managing weddings, banquets, and à la carte dining simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all culinary operations including weddings, business events, and daily dining
• Maintain a fresh, seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients
• Control food and labor costs without compromising quality
• Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff
• Ensure consistent execution across events and dining outlets
• Meet all safety, health, and sanitation regulations

What You Bring

• Proven experience as Executive Chef in a country club or upscale events venue
• Expertise in large-scale functions and simultaneous service operations
• Track record of food cost management and vendor coordination
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in seasonal menu planning
• Culinary degree preferred but not required
