Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Executive Search Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of executive recruitment processes, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives in the US, UK, and MENA markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex market landscapes, proactively advise clients on their hiring needs (current and future), and ultimately deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries in the US, UK, and MENA markets.

• Consult with clients to understand their executive hiring needs, organizational culture, and strategic goals.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on market trends, talent availability, and competitive positioning.

2. Executive Search Strategy and Execution:

• Lead and manage end-to-end executive search assignments, from initial client briefing to successful placement.

• Develop comprehensive search strategies tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

• Identify, attract, and evaluate top executive talent through a combination of direct sourcing, networking, and market research.

• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to ensure a strong fit with client needs.

3. Market and Industry Expertise:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence in the US, UK, and MENA regions.

• Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market knowledge and research.

• Develop and share thought leadership content to enhance ROMA Hired’s market presence and credibility.

4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Mentor and support junior consultants and researchers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues across different regions to leverage synergies and best practices.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies.

5. Business Development:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand ROMA Hired’s client base.

• Participate in networking events, conferences, and other industry-related activities to promote ROMA Hired’s services.

• Prepare and present proposals, pitch materials, and other business development documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in executive search, with a focus on senior-level placements.

• Demonstrated success in managing executive search assignments in the US, UK, and/or MENA markets.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of diverse industries and market segments.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with clients and candidates.

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes assignments simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.

• Proficiency in using executive search tools, databases, ATS and CRM systems.

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and candidates.
