We are seeking a Production Manage with hands-on experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a fitter/welder, combined with proven leadership ability to manage teams of 50+ personnel in a fast-paced fabrication shop environment.
This role requires an expert who understands the flow of steel through the shop and can take charge of scheduling, manpower allocation, and process efficiency while ensuring high standards in quality and safety.
