Job Description

Our client in Plano, Texas is seeking a File Clerk to support their Lending Division.

This role is a 1+ year contract role!

Position is 100% onsite in Frisco, Texas

Schedule is 8am-5pm CST

100% onsite!

Spanish bilingual is preferred but not required!

PAY IS $18/hr

Responsibility

• Review and process vehicle documentation for secured personal loans
• Create accounts in the Title Management System
• Checks for accuracy in the customer provided documentation and ensures that all information meets Oportun’s standards
• Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem
• Maintain current knowledge of all applicable lending regulations and Oportun Policies
• Effective communicates and collaborates with business partners to ensure application information and documentation is escalated/routed accurately

Qualifications

• General office administration, data entry and computer skills
• High attention to detail with ability to solve complex work related problems
• Good oral/written communication with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Previous customer service / call center experience preferred
