Are you a strategic finance leader who thrives on driving business performance? We’re looking for a Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our corporate functions.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead financial planning & forecasting for corporate HQ and key departments (e.g., IT).
✔ Provide financial insights to executives, analyzing variances & business drivers.
✔ Own the consolidation of financial presentations for leadership reviews.
✔ Oversee monthly & quarterly reporting, capital expenditure planning, & variance analysis.
✔ Improve financial reporting using SAP, BPC, SQL, Power BI & other tools.
✔ Lead & mentor a team of Senior FP&A Analysts.
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Master’s, CPA, or CFA a plus).
📊 Experience: 6+ years in Accounting or FP&A with increasing responsibility.
💻 Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP, BPC, Power BI, SQL, & advanced Excel.
📈 Business Acumen: Ability to interpret financial data, explain results, & develop insights.
🤝 Leadership & Communication: Strong analytical, problem-solving & collaboration skills.
