Job description

Curry Auto Center, Inc., in Bloomington, IN, is currently accepting applications and interviewing for its open Fleet Account Executive sales position. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience developing and cultivating business relationships, building value in products and services, and presenting solutions tailored to each business's unique needs.

This is a full time position with a competitive compensation package, including, but not limited to: Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, 401K Matching. Some travel is required. A company vehicle will be made available during work hours.

Qualifications

• Sales experience - 2+ Years (Required)
• Customer acquisition experience - 2+ Years (Preferred)
• Automotive industry experience (or similar industry) - 2+ Years (Preferred)
• Must be proficient in assessing customer needs and determining the correct solution to meet those needs
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with both co-workers and clients in order to build good business relationships
• Applicant must be able to learn fleet solutions and apply them to meet customer needs and exceed client expectations
• Position requires a high level of self-motivation and ambition, as this role requires calling on customers to assess needs
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications
• Ability to utilize data to inform decisions and provide reports to management
• Works well independently and collaborate in a team environment
• Other tasks and responsibilities as needed
