Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Founding Engineer. The position is remote, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones. The Founding Engineer will lead the development and architecture of the platform, define and implement the technology strategy, and work closely with the founding team to bring our product vision to life. Key responsibilities include building scalable AI workflows, integrating voice technologies, leading engineering decisions, and ensuring that our systems are designed to support growth.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough technical research
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and product functions
• Proven leadership and execution experience, ideally in an early-stage or startup environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first setting with high accountability
Preferred Technical Skills
• Experience with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in full-stack development (e.g., FastAPI, React)
• Experience building agentic workflows and working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Familiarity with voice synthesis and speech-to-text tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Whisper)
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) and system architecture
