General Manager – Lead a High-Performance Team in a Fast-Growing Industry

Primary Responsibilities
• Direct day-to-day operations across installation, production, and office teams
• Lead and mentor a growing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Manage local market strategy, customer service delivery, and sales growth
• Build rapport with customers, identify pain points, and provide solutions
• Review blueprints and construction plans for accuracy and feasibility
• Prioritize projects and optimize workflow based on deadlines and field activity
• Track budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive operational profitability
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries, employee issues, and operational needs
• Collaborate with ownership on new initiatives, improvements, and expansion
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of leadership experience in construction, field services, or a related industry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction layouts
• Experience managing teams of 20+ field and administrative employees
• Strong background in operations, field execution, and customer service
• Proficiency with CRM systems, QuickBooks (or similar), and MS Office or G Suite
• Excellent communication, team-building, and decision-making skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation
• $85,000 – $95,000 annually
