Commercial construction company in the Houston area seeks a qualified candidate for the position of - General Superintendent. Large Healthcare experience a plus. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of demonstrated success on a wide range of commercial construction projects, including: healthcare / hospital / lab, cultural, office, parking garages, Corporate Interiors, education / k-12, senior living, hospitality, and multifamily. The candidate with have a proven track record in these areas: Management of the entire regional construction labor force-hiring, assigning projects, assigning managers, monitoring labor productivity, control and evaluate temporary labor; Training -apprentices, journeymen, foremen, superintendents, and safety. We have several other General Contractor's in the Austin-San Antonio, and Dallas Fort Worth areas that are always interested in good Superintendents.
