Prestigious domestic and international law firm seeks a Government Contracts savvy Associate Attorney to join its expanding Dallas, Texas group.
Candidate will have the following: 2+ years of government contracts experience within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) ; Trial experience at any level ; Demonstration of keen organizational and time-management skills.
Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired) ; Strong research, verbal & written communication skills required ; Texas Bar.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Counseling on government contracts performance issues.
-Reviewing contract and subcontract agreements and FAR and DFARS flow-downs.
-Litigating CDA claims, bid protests and FCA cases.
-Supporting internal and government investigations arising in connection with government contracts.
-Performing general research and writing in support of the department's full scope government contracts practice.
