Job Description

We're looking for a Miami-based creative, out-side-the-box-thinking Graphic Designer to join an established and growing Brickell-based insurance and financial tech company.

You'll be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across a range of initiatives, including sales enablement material, co-branded marketing materials with channel partners, marketing campaigns, investor communications, and more. We're looking for creative ways to showcase brand and design systems, while ensuring every asset is consistent, compliant, and visually compelling. This position will report to the Manager of Marketing & Communications, but will be working very closely on deliverables with C-Suite level executives.

They're growing fast and looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to help bring their vision to life across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Develop static and dynamic visual assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, digital ads, and internal communication materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold and evolve the IRG brand and product branding through consistent application of typography, color, layout, and style across all mediums.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to interpret needs and translate them into design deliverables that drive action and support business goals.
  • Compliance & Accessibility: Ensure all materials meet regulatory compliance standards and follow accessibility best practices.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured design library and version control system.
  • Cross-functional Projects: Support visual design for agency M&A materials and corporate presentations, focusing on clarity, professionalism, and impact.

Preferred (but not required) Skills

  • Web Design: Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Suite, and/or similar tools to collaborate on landing pages and simple web components.
  • Motion Graphics: Ability to create animated assets or explainer-style visuals using After Effects or similar software.
  • Video Editing: Basic video editing for internal or marketing use (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

Qualifications

  • Must live in Miami and be okay with a hybrid in-office schedule requiring at minimum 3-4 days/week in the Brickell office (flexible commute hours and remote work with established rapport)
  • 3–5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B or highly regulated industry (insurance, finance, health, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or similar design collaboration platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of asset types and thoughtful application of brand systems.
  • Experience working within brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with insurance, fintech, or SaaS products
  • Experience designing for digital marketing funnels and performance marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards in visual design
