As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a Head of Growth to spearhead our user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and doer who’s excited to build and lead growth at one of the most innovative news-tech platforms in the space.

The Role

As Head of Growth, you’ll be the architect and driver of GNOMI’s growth engine. You’ll own the full user lifecycle—from awareness to retention—and leverage your expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and product-led growth to supercharge our reach and impact.

What You’ll Do

Growth Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven growth strategy across B2C and B2B segments.
• Identify high-impact opportunities using market insights and experimentation.
• Own the end-to-end user journey and continuously optimize each stage to drive growth.

User Acquisition

• Launch and manage multi-channel acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, and referral channels.
• Tailor messaging and campaigns to resonate with key user segments: media professionals, investors, and tech-savvy readers.
• Build scalable referral and ambassador programs to harness GNOMI’s network effects.

Engagement & Retention

• Craft personalized engagement strategies that drive daily usage and long-term loyalty.
• Create lifecycle marketing campaigns using email, push, and in-app messaging.
• Optimize onboarding flows and in-app experiences to improve activation and reduce churn.

Data & Insights

• Monitor key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, engagement, etc.) and report on performance regularly.
• Run A/B tests and growth experiments to uncover new levers for acquisition and retention.
• Make data-backed recommendations that inform strategy and execution.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Build and mentor a high-performing growth team that thrives on curiosity, experimentation, and results.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to align growth with user experience and brand vision.
• Represent GNOMI at industry events and stay connected to emerging trends in growth and GenAI.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success as a Head of Growth, Growth Marketing Lead, or similar leadership role at a high-growth startup.
• Deep understanding of user acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
• Proficiency in growth tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, and A/B testing platforms.
• Strong analytical chops—you love turning data into insights and action.
• Experience with building referral programs and high-performing engagement campaigns.
• Collaborative leader with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communicator with a passion for innovation, news, and AI.

Salary Range: $175k -$230k/yr plus bonus and equity
