Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Onsite – Adairsville, GA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary $100k range with excellent benefits

We’re seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to join our team onsite in Adairsville, GA . This is a high-impact role for an HR professional who’s ready to lead people strategies, support employee success, and ensure compliance across multiple states. You’ll serve as a key advisor to leadership while creating a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance workforce performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, fostering transparent communication between staff and leadership.
  • Maintain a collaborative and respectful workplace culture , encouraging fairness, inclusion, and engagement.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process , including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer performance management programs , including reviews, KPIs, and coaching.
  • Ensure every role has an up-to-date job description and clear expectations.
  • Process bi-monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with California and multi-state labor laws , discrimination laws, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate on employee training and provide the necessary tools and support for professional growth.
  • Maintain and update employee benefits , compensation plans, and HR records.
  • Handle customer contract reviews , employee disputes, and HR legal matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Travel 1-2 times a year to our California warehouse to support HR initiatives and maintain consistent communication with remote operations.

  • What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR management.
  • Deep knowledge of California labor laws and experience managing multi-state HR compliance .
  • Strong understanding of discrimination laws, payroll administration, and performance evaluation processes .
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, objectivity, and professionalism at all times.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus .
