About Atlas Brands
Atlas Brands builds and operates a portfolio of high-performing consumer product brands
that lead their categories. We manage everything in-house—from product development and
operations to retail, DTC, and Amazon growth. We're fast, lean, and built for execution.
We’re looking for a Head of Supply Chain who thrives on solving real problems, keeping
things moving, and making sure product is exactly where it needs to be—every time. This
isn’t a sit-back-and-strategize role. We need someone who knows how to get it done, works
fast, and can manage chaos without losing control.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll own the full lifecycle of product movement—from sourcing and manufacturing to
fulfillment and final delivery—across all channels: DTC, Amazon, and Retail.
Key Responsibilities
● Inventory Planning & Forecasting
Build and maintain channel-specific forecasts (DTC, Retail, Amazon, International).
Use sales data and marketing inputs to project needs. Stay ahead of stockouts,
overages, and channel risk. Align with finance on working capital and cash flow.
● Production & Manufacturing Management
Manage contract manufacturer relationships. Place POs, confirm production
timelines, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery. Solve real-world constraints around
lead times, MOQs, and cost. Source backup vendors and stay ahead of disruption.
● Freight & Logistics Coordination
Own inbound and outbound freight. Manage forwarders and 3PLs across ocean, air,
and LTL. Balance speed, cost, and reliability. Build and route Amazon shipments and
manage FBA, AWD, and 3PL distribution.
● Fulfillment & 3PL Oversight
Oversee performance of all fulfillment partners (Amazon FBA, DTC 3PL, Retail).
Track pick/pack SLAs, resolve mis-shipments, and escalate issues quickly. You're the
one who makes sure orders land where and when they’re supposed to.
● Sourcing Management
Lead external sourcing partners. Negotiate costs, compare quotes, and onboard
new suppliers. Maintain multiple options for key SKUs and components—no single
point of failure.
● Reporting & Systems
Maintain forecasting and inventory health dashboards (Google Sheets, Inventory
Planner, etc.). Highlight gaps and risks clearly. Help automate and upgrade systems
as needed. If a better tool gets the job done faster, we want it.
● Cross-Functional Execution
Coordinate tightly with Marketing (for forecast inputs), Sales (for retail planning),
Finance (for cost accuracy and cash planning), and Product (for launch readiness).
Be the single source of truth on what’s coming, where it is, and where it’s stuck.
● Risk Management & Cost Control
Constantly find savings—whether it's freight, duty, COGS, or storage. Flag and
manage risk areas before they explode: delays, shortages, port backups, or
production misses. Understand the impact of every supply chain move on cash flow
and margin—and get it done right.
What You Bring
● 5–8+ years in supply chain, operations, or logistics, ideally in omnichannel CPG
● Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, execution-heavy
environment
● Experience managing contract manufacturers, freight partners, and 3PLs
● Comfort with inventory tools, order planning spreadsheets, and ERP basics
● Analytical mindset—you're data-informed and KPI-focused
● Total ownership mentality—you take pride in fixing things before they break
● Hands-on and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do, you just get it done
● Based in Jacksonville, FL or open to relocating
What We Offer
● Full ownership of supply chain execution across a growing, high-performing brand
portfolio
● Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
● On-site role in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
● Opportunities for accelerated growth and development
● A wide range of responsibilities for those up to the task
● The chance to take your role from zero to hero
● A no-BS, get-it-done culture that rewards impact over politics
● The tools and trust to solve real operational problems
If you’re wired to solve, build, and deliver—this is your chance to lead the supply chain for a
high-growth company where your work shows up every single day.
