Full-Desk Healthcare Recruiter – NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Full-Desk Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
• Utilize CRM/ATS systems (experience with Crelate is a plus) to manage candidate pipelines and client interactions.
• Ensure a seamless and professional recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Computer literate and able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Experience with CRM or ATS systems is preferred (Crelate experience is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
