Registered Nurse, Hospice

Cherry Hill, NJ

Currently seeking a Registered Nurse, Hospice for a Non Profit, Hospital Affiliated and Well Established Hospice agency. Organization is faith based and treats adult and geriatrics patients in multiple counties across the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey Area.

Schedule: Monday - Friday core business hours with one weekend rotation per month, one winter and one summer holiday per year.

Compensation and Benefits for the Registered Nurse, Hospice:

• Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $38.50 - $45.00 per hour depending on years of experience and qualifications + bonus/overtime pay for additional productivity (if desired)

Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse, Hospice:

• Conduct in home assessments and revisits for adult and geriatric hospice patients in the Camden County NJ Area totaling 25 points per week (Admissions count as 3!)
• Provide wound care, medication administration, chronic disease management and more.
• Facilitate referrals to interdisciplinary team as needed.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse, Hospice:

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient or home based hospice experience is required for this role
• All employees must be vaccinated against COVID or have a valid medical/religious exemption submitted
