Daily activities of the Hotel Maintenance Technician include performing routine preventative maintenance tasks as well as special projects, responding to guest calls for basic room repairs, etc. A successful candidate for Hotel Maintenance Technician will have general knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, etc. as well as customer service skills. This individual must be self-motivated with an eye for detail, a high sense of team spirit and pride and the drive and desire to not just meet, but exceed guest's expectations.
