Job Description

Human Resources Business Partner

The HR Business Partner supports HR functions and serves as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries at all levels. This role requires knowledge of HR processes like performance management, employee engagement, and employment law. The HRBP is hands-on, problem-solving, and responsible for addressing employee inquiries, conducting investigations, and supporting leadership with HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to HR inquiries from employees and leadership via phone, email, or in-person with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and manage exit interviews.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and corrective actions.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics and support training as needed.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist with performance reviews, HR-related projects, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting 200+ employees.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR systems.
  • SHRM-CP certification preferred.
