Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) HRBP to support a facilities company at Denver International Airport. The ideal candidate will have exposure to all areas related to the human resources field with strong employee relations experience. This role will work closely with management to provide training for employees and establish programs and policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for all HR-related needs
• Conduct weekly meetings with operation leadership
• Provide HR guidance to line management
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to daily management of employees; partner with legal department as needed
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
• Work with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, and increase productivity

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field; minimum 5 years in customer-centric role
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Report development and analysis skills
• Demonstrated ability to
• HR certification a plus
• Union experience a plus

• 100% onsite at Denver International Airport
