Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of business immigration experience to join their thriving Atlanta Immigration team. The firm’s Immigration & Compliance Practice represents businesses, organisations, and individuals across the globe on a wide range of immigration and visa-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, and EB-1/2/3 matters.
• Work closely with a large team of attorneys and paralegals to meet client needs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Take on significant responsibility and client management, interacting directly with Fortune 100 companies and other corporate clients.
• Advise U.S. and global companies on the international relocation of personnel, visa and work authorisation needs, and other employment-related immigration issues.
• Assist in strategic planning and compliance, including I-9 employment verification, drafting compliance policies, and representing businesses during government audits and investigations.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in all aspects of business immigration law.
• Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated ability to handle significant responsibility.
• A desire to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, providing excellent service to high-profile clients.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• A J.D. from an accredited law school, with eligibility to practice law in the United States.
