Job Description

Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of business immigration experience to join their thriving Atlanta Immigration team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in their Atlanta office, benefiting from unparalleled mentorship, training, team building, and business development opportunities. The firm’s Immigration & Compliance Practice represents businesses, organisations, and individuals across the globe on a wide range of immigration and visa-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, and EB-1/2/3 matters.
  • Work closely with a large team of attorneys and paralegals to meet client needs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Take on significant responsibility and client management, interacting directly with Fortune 100 companies and other corporate clients.
  • Advise U.S. and global companies on the international relocation of personnel, visa and work authorisation needs, and other employment-related immigration issues.
  • Assist in strategic planning and compliance, including I-9 employment verification, drafting compliance policies, and representing businesses during government audits and investigations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in all aspects of business immigration law.
  • Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated ability to handle significant responsibility.
  • A desire to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, providing excellent service to high-profile clients.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • A J.D. from an accredited law school, with eligibility to practice law in the United States.
