Role Description
The Independent Hearing Conservation Territory Manager will focus on selling and facilitating Occupational Hearing Conservation services in the territory. You will have the ability to build a residual book of business that will pay you annually. Growth opportunities include the potential for building and managing a team and evolving into a senior-level leader. There are many positive factors that make this role attractive: the call points are readily accessible, money is budgeted for the provided services, competition is limited, and the sales cycle can be very short. There is no restriction on meals and entertainment. The right candidate could easily make 250 - 300k per year, more as you build your territory. This will be a 100% commission-based role.
