Job Description
The coder will be responsible for accurately assigning diagnosis and procedure codes to patient health records, including Emergency Department (ED), Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC), Hospital Ambulatory Surgical Center (HAS), Observations (OBS), and Inpatient (IP) records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical coding, with a focus on quality and productivity for ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and HCPCS/CPT classifications.
Note: Candidates must reside in Oregon or Washington to be considered.
