Are you a strategic communicator with deep capital markets experience and a passion for translating complex financials into compelling narratives? A Houston-based company is seeking a Senior Manager of Investor Relations to join its growing finance and corporate affairs team.
This high-visibility role offers the chance to work directly with executive leadership to shape how the company is positioned with the investment community, especially institutional shareholders and bondholders.
&##128273; Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the VP of IR to execute the investor communications strategy
Own and refine quarterly earnings deliverables: press releases, scripts, presentations, and Q&A
Lead outreach efforts to the Buy-Side and Sell-Side; coordinate meetings and conferences
Analyze shareholder trends, market activity, and competitor moves to inform strategic positioning
Work cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to ensure accurate, compliant, and compelling messaging
Manage third-party IR vendors and maintain consistent investor engagement
&##127919; Ideal Background:
~6+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, or corporate finance
~ Prior experience in the energy or industrial sectors is a plus
