Junior Estimator – Masonry, Brick, Stone
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + Bens
My client is a very well established Construction company that specialise in all areas of Masonry, Brick, Stone and Concrete that have over 65 years experience in the trade and in excess of over 500 major commercial projects. Working predominantly over Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. Based just off Phillips Highway this opportunity offers a great platform for a Junior Estimator to work on some large-scale commercial projects.
They currently require a Junior Estimator with 1-2 years commercial experience to support the Lead Estimator in creating accurate project estimates, quotes, and material lists from client drawings and specifications. You will assist in developing estimates based on client plans and specifications working from invitation to build throughout the process helping produce quotes, schedules, and material lists.
Ideally you will have some prior estimating experience with Masonry, Brick, Block or Stone and have experience in estimating for jobs ranging from $150,000 - $5 million. You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and some construction software like Planswift, Bluebeam, and Adobe/CAD.
