Akkodis is seeking a Labeling Specialist with a client for 6 months contract in Plymouth, MN 55442.

Title: Labeling Specialist

Location: Plymouth, MN 55442

Contract: 12-month contract

Pay Rate : $25/hr.- $27/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Description

Requirements - Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines / shifting priorities - Experience working in a regulated environment or industry (eg: manufacturing, quality, etc)

Preferred Experience - Previous experience in label design work, with preference in any of the following labeling design systems: Loftware, Bartender, enLabel - Experience working with document control systems, especially Windchill - Design experience in the Adobe Acrobat Create Suite, namely Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop

Required education level/certifications.

Bachelor’s or beyond Daily tasks/duties and department interactions. - Perform label design work based on project needs - Manage documentation change orders to create or revise labeling content - Engage with project teams (both local and remote) to support individual project needs

Required education level/certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree – highly preferred
• Associate's degree – okay with labeling experience

Top Skills:

• Eager to learn, detail oriented/critical analysis and thinking skills, able to work in group setting well, individual drive, ability to adapt
• Top Candidates: Experience in a manufacturing environment or a regulated environment, portfolio noted on the resume, label design experience

Two-step interview:

• Initial phone screening with the manager.
• On-site interview with staff (panel).
