Job Description

Position Overview

As Lead Concierge, you are the face of our KRE community and the standard-bearer for service and professionalism at the front desk. You oversee daily operations and lead by example—setting the tone for behavior, appearance, and the level of service delivered by the entire concierge team.

In this role, you are responsible for creating a consistent, high-quality, and personalized experience for every resident and guest. Service begins with a warm smile, a welcoming attitude, and an anticipatory approach—acknowledging each person, even when handling other tasks. It’s about attention to detail, whether managing packages, handling requests, or supporting the team. Most importantly, you are building a team culture focused on delivering service that reflects the luxury and standards of our property.

You’ll coordinate closely with leasing, management, maintenance, and porters to ensure smooth move-in and move-out experiences, package deliveries, and support overall resident and guest satisfaction. Flexibility is key, as the needs of the property can vary.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, direct, and monitor the daily activities of the concierge team.
  • Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service across all resident interactions, including package handling and phone service.
  • Establish procedures, coordinate schedules, and streamline workflow.
  • Assist with hiring, training, motivating, and rewarding concierge team members.
  • Review and communicate daily move-ins, move-outs, and deliveries.
  • Relay all relevant information to the concierge team and other departments.
  • Complete all required reports and forms daily.
  • Perform concierge duties as needed, including assisting residents, answering phones, and managing packages.
  • Support the team in resolving resident concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and lobby areas.
  • Stay informed on community services, policies, and local attractions.
  • Monitor security systems and review footage as needed to maintain a secure environment.
  • Ensure accurate daily package inventories.
  • Monitor amenity reservations, ensuring availability, safety, and guest well-being.
  • Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.
  • Promote brand loyalty through consistently positive experiences and a well-maintained environment.
  • Encourage positive online reviews from satisfied residents and guests.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Work weekends or evenings as needed.
  • Ensure seamless shift transitions, including waiting for your replacement before leaving.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must uphold company standards for safety, tenant service and efficiency.
  • Must have personal, reliable transportation.
  • Previous concierge or front desk experience a plus.

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visa at this time.
