Title: Lean Improvement Supervisor/Manager

Department: East Coast Operations

Location： Perth Amboy, NJ

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and optimize warehouse processes including inbound/outbound, picking, inventory, and order fulfillment.
2. Develop and implement standardized SOPs.
3. Build and improve KPI systems to drive performance.
4. Lead on-site issue diagnosis and root cause analysis.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive systemic improvements.
6. Support new warehouse planning and operational setup.
7. Prepare bilingual process documents and improvement reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in North American operations or process improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and WMS systems.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma tools is a plus.
• Strong bilingual communication skills (English & Chinese).
