LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a law firm in Reston, VA who is in search of an administrative assistant to join their team. This job required you to work fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The pay is between $20-$25hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of previous legal administrative experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, proactive, and professional demeanor.
