We are looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for helping people find their dream homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to find the perfect property, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Responsibilities: * Willing to learn to become the best version of yourself. * Attend trainings and meetings. * Maintain timely follow up with leads. * Negotiate and close real estate transactions. * Provide guidance to clients on market conditions, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. * Maintain a current knowledge of real estate laws and regulations. * Develop a network of contacts to find properties for clients. * Market properties for sale or rent. * Provide advice on pricing and related matters. * Develop marketing strategies to promote properties. * Conduct open houses and other events.
