Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM Law Firm seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and preparing legal documents including proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Act as the point of contact for clients, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls and emails.
• Communicate with external parties, such as opposing counsels, court officials, and vendors, to facilitate smooth legal proceedings.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working as a litigation legal secretary or in a similar legal support role is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of legal software such as document management systems, e-filing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
