Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our client's dynamic legal team in a hybrid, direct-hire role for their beautiful San Diego office! This position offers the opportunity to work on complex employment, PAGA, and wage and hour class action cases while supporting trial preparation and litigation processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and manage internal databases.
  • Organize case materials: exhibits, documents, evidence, and briefs.
  • Assist with discovery requests, witness prep, and jury selection.
  • Subpoena records and prepare medical chronologies and analyses.
  • Summarize discovery, document productions, and conduct background checks.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience (employment law and PAGA/class actions required).
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and OneDrive; adept at online research.
  • Trial preparation and support experience essential.
  • Familiarity with motions, discovery, court rules, and litigation processes.
  • ABA-approved paralegal certificate or relevant certification required .
