We are seeking Family Trained Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for locum tenens roles at our Urgent Care centers south of Boston, MA. Opportunities are available for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions. The APP’s will work a combination of 12 and 8-hour shifts, seeing 25 – 35 patients per day. Supported by a team of Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Medical Receptionists, responsibilities include providing high-quality care in an urgent care setting, diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions, utilizing the Meditech EMR system, and working collaboratively with the support staff.
Compensation:
Full & Part time: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
Hours of Operation:
Monday & Thursday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturdays & Sundays 8a-2p
Requirements:
Current and unrestricted license in Massachusetts
Must be Board Certified
Previous experience in an urgent care or emergency care setting preferred
Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably Meditech
Flexibility to work a combination of 12 and 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
