Job Description

Responsibilities：

• Manage daily operations domestic and international 3PL warehouses-responsible for shipments, returns, counting inventory.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to align order timelines, and customer communication strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Anticipate and identify problems, challenges, and opportunities by analyzing data and reports.
• Actively engages a continuous improvement mindset to reduce costs while improving performance.
• Verify proper documentation is obtained and maintained.
• Manages multiple priorities including customer inquiries, order changes, product returns, and shortage resolution.
• Maintains current knowledge of transportation operations, including county, State, and Federal & International transportation regulations.

Requirements :

• Bilingual in Chinese and English. Able to read and write in Chinese.
• 1-3 years logistic experience in 3PL warehousing, inventory management and trucking.
• 1-3 years in international supply chain management.
• Ability to have regular meetings and communication with key internal supervisors and managers overseas.
• Occasional travel may be required.
