Bachelor degree or professional qualification from reputed university in a related field 3+ years of experience in logistic management related fields, such as import and export management, warehouse management, etc. In-depth knowledge of international trade Experience of working in a multinational company and in complex environments is preferred Good interpersonal skills and ability to succeed in an ever changing environment Highly flexible, organized and effective time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel English must be at a business level Arrange and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Managing and monitoring the operation of outsourced logistics partner Arrange customs clearance/declaration and cargo inspection, including that for the repaired goods Collect information about local warehouse / carrier / distribution forwarder continually; contract monitoring of warehouse partner Administrate warehouse and organize products distribution Analyze and report local customs policies to the headquarter keep track of policy changes and adjustments and convey the information to the logistic departments Communicates in Advanced-Intermediate English, both written and spoken. Is able to handle a fluent conversation in English Fulfills other assigned tasks within the contractual type of work
