Job Description

Vaco is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician. Full time, 4-On/3-Off schedule. Direct hire. You'll work on electrical, mechanical, and control systems - including PLC and HMI .

What You'll Do:

• 
  Troubleshoot and repair machines
• 
  Work with PLC and HMI systems
• 
  Maintain motors, pumps, pneumatic & hydraulic equipment
• 
  Install and adjust production equipment
• 
  Keep records and follow safety procedures
• 
  Use tools for welding, machining, and general repairs

What You Need:

• 
  High school diploma or GED
• 
  Experience with PLC and HMI is required
• 
  1-3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• 
  Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts
• 
  Basic computer skills and ability to read schematics
• 
  Welding and electrical skills are a plus
  

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range of $24-$30/hr. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
