Senior Scheduler – Data Center & Infrastructure Projects (Remote with Travel)

Location: Flexible across the U.S. (Must be willing to travel ~70%)

We’re supporting a leading national general contractor with the search for a Senior Scheduler to join their high-performing team delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure and data center projects across the U.S.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to lead scheduling from preconstruction through project completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules from concept through delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish planning strategies and milestones
  • Track project progress and performance using schedule metrics and reporting tools
  • Analyze the impact of design changes and delays, and recommend corrective actions
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify mitigation strategies within the project timeline
  • Engage with stakeholders including clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Prepare and present schedule updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Integrate planning fragments and adjust sequencing as project scopes evolve

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a technical field
  • 15+ years of relevant scheduling experience , ideally on projects valued at $50M+
  • Background in general construction, MEP/Electrical, infrastructure, or data centers
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 , Microsoft Project , and Bluebeam
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport (travel required up to 70%)
