Role Details:
Duration - 12 months with a view to extend
Capacity - 5 days per week
Location - 2 days per week onsite in Dallas

this position will require expertise in managing client stakeholders, working with cutting-edge technologies like Conversational AI Agents, AI Agent Assist, Cloud Contact Centers (majorly Five9, Genesys Cloud, Google CCaaS etc.) along with their integrations with CRMs (Salesforce, MS Dynamics etc.)/sub-systems, various other Digital CX solution powered with Agentic AI and driving strategic
