Job Description

We are looking for a global Total Rewards Manager to provide payroll, benefit and compensation expertise supporting several locations including the US, Canada, EMEA and APAC. The Manager will be responsible for the design and development of benefit and compensation plans and programs. Core responsibilities include managing global payrolls, benefit programs, 401(k) and pension plans, global compliance, and internal and external data analytics. The Manager will also administer leave of absence programs, lead compensation and benefit operations and special projects. The Manager will administer global bonus and merit processes. The right candidate will possess a strong operational and process mindset, with the ability to scale the team and processes supporting growth over the next few years. This person recognizes there are always ways to do things better and is excited by that challenge. It will be essential for this person to have a proactive approach, with a focus on accuracy, innovation, efficiency, and the employee experience. The Manager works closely with many stakeholders and HR systems and tools that support the compensation and benefit programs and processes. Manages a staff of up to 4 direct reports.

Requirements

  • Workday and ADP experience is a must.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of benefits design and administration principles, laws, and practices.
  • Solid working knowledge of compensation programs and processes.
  • A thorough understanding of benefits administration and in-depth understanding of leave of absence policies, as well as governing legislation.
  • Experience with global payroll and HCM/HRIS systems. Ability to integrate newly acquired companies into payroll systems and processes.
  • Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation required.
  • Strong knowledge and ability to run processes within Workday including benefit open enrollments, merit processes and understanding of Workday integrations.
  • Ability to lead a team spanning several time zones.
  • Expert level in MS Excel.
