Our client, a Real Estate firm on the outskirts of the city, is hiring a Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support a team of Brokers with marketing presentations and office support!This person will build efficiency in the day-to-day operations of our marketing team, managing complex calendars, vendor and client communications, presentation preparation, and more. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of high level support and an interest in marketing! Need to be detailed and strong with marketing Adobe!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of support to Marketing leadership
• Create content and market new properties on social media channels
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling
• Handle confidential client and vendor communications
• Plan marketing events
• Prepare conference and presentation materials
• Expense management (Microsoft Excel)
• Ad hoc marketing projects as needed

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of Administrative experience
• Experience or interest in digital marketing
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
