Inno Supps is one of the fastest-growing direct to consumer supplement brands in the world — and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Assistant to support our fast-moving team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and CMO to coordinate digital marketing campaigns across several platforms: Meta, Youtube, Google Shop, and more. This position will be a key player and has the potential to make a massive impact on the company's growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist executive leadership (CEO & CMO) and help organize and execute on domestic and international marketing campaigns
• Help source international translation and creative agencies
• Wear A MILLION hats and move at a million miles an hour. We adapt to new initiatives extremely quick and need someone that can keep up and enjoys a fast paced environment.
• Subcontract employees to help streamline and delegate tasks.

• Collaborative and Autonomous: Our entire team is very collaborative and this role needs to enjoy both collaborating with others as well as executing on entire projects on your own.
• Enthusiastic with a growth mind set. We want A+ players that are obsessed with personal and business growth.
• Able to juggle several tasks at a time, organize, delegate, and execute at light speed. You don't get stressed and get energized by several tasks being assigned to you
• In a race to achieve in one day what others achieve in a week. This candidate needs a sense or urgency to execute on initiatives as fast as possible.
• Able to conquer and delegate: Once given a task, the ideal candidate needs to optimize the process and be able to streamline it out and manage someone else to see it through as we grow
• Previous experience or strong interest in marketing, operations, or executive support roles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

There are massive growth opportunities for this job role. You will be helping manage $100,000+ of digital spend daily, help the CEO and CMO launch in several countries, and have the opportunity to manage teams down the line.
