Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Marketing Manager, Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Associates to complete client, prospect and consultant questionnaires and databases.
  • Completes request for proposals (RFPs) from prospects and consultants.
  • Reviews and analyzes firm-related data for purposes of determining, in accordance with the firm’s marketing strategy, the types of information regarding the firm that should be included when responding to marketing-related questionnaires.
  • Responsible for generating FactSet, eVestment andMorningstar, as needed, for monthly strategy fact sheets and marketing presentations, including performance analytics, characteristics, attribution and weightings.
  • Researches data that supports strategy performance positioning statements.
  • Update marketing materials (presentations, fact sheets, performance updates, summaries, biographies, LP materials, CIT materials and webpages). Utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Update and maintain the firm’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram).
  • In collaboration with the Director of Design, create and upload posts for social media accounts.
  • Assist in maintaining and providing improvements to the firm’s website.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper legal regulations and deadlines are met for materials.
  • Work on creative tasks as requested internally.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Design, create advertisements for corporate sponsored events, providing proper specs and print settings.
  • Provide appropriate artwork for logo requests.
  • Create value-added pieces for strategic partners as needed.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of Marketing experience
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite including InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, specifically Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required, experience with Excel a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new software applications, as requested.
  • Strong ability to write and edit
  • Experience working with large amounts of data.
  • Team player and collaborator with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Organized and deadline oriented.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
