Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location:Austin, TX (onsite/hybrid)

Pay Rate:$22-$24/hr.w2

Must have skill:

Marketing Specialist/Coordinator (potentially project coordinator) with 2-3 years of experience

- Budget Tracking and Management

- Project timelines / schedule

- Sales enablement and marketing asset management

- Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners (understanding or experience with partner marketing)

- OEM marketing / partner marketing knowledge

THE PERSON:

The candidate will need to be prepared to jump in, take the lead and learn quickly, build relationship with Dell Alliance, Operations and Marketing teams and seek to understand the AMD business, technology, and processes. You are not afraid to ask questions, roll up your sleeves and have a keen eye for details. Clear communication is a quality and building trust with Dell and internal stakeholders is your approach. You deliver what you commit to and is strong in managing multiple projects at the same time. You like to problem solve, be accountable, and have a continuous improvement mindset. You thrive on being highly organized, responsible, and self-motived to meet challenging timelines

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the day to day engagement with Dell Alliance and Dell cross functional teams on marketing plans, operations and activations

• Define, develop and maintain processes for reviewing marketing plans alongside OEM leads for Commercial and Consumer, tracking the plans in alignment to segment priorities, funding guidelines and compliance

• Setup, negotiation and implementation of program operation processes in alignment with Dell’s Operation Process Work with internal teams across OEM Marketing, Legal, Finance, Marketing Ops, Sales to drive over-all marketing partner efficiency

• Budget tracking and Management: Manage and track OEM budgets, ensuring funding guidelines stipulated under the contract and terms are executed accordingly; create, update and track OEM funding tracker supporting the AMD OEM leads

• Put together all Dell led sales enablement and marketing assets for both Commercial and Consumer for internal Amd roll out and amplification

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Self-motivated and prepared to jump in and lead

• Polished executive communication; ability to communicate optimally with all levels of the organization and dedication to meet customer satisfaction and AMD business objectives

• A proven track record of keeping projects on schedule

• Strong background in business planning, project management and marketing fundamentals (Budget and contract management experience)

• A strong and in depth understanding of OEM marketing and sales structure and their ways of o

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
