As our company continues to grow, we are adding a Service Projects Foreman to lead the execution of commercial HVAC retrofit and replacement projects. This role is key in coordinating teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of fast-paced, high-quality service projects.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 5+ years of experience as a foreman or lead tech in commercial HVAC service projects
  • Knowledge of refrigerant piping, split systems, RTUs, air handlers, and control systems
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment changeouts, and building operations
  • Familiarity with project tracking, job costing, and resource scheduling
  • Ability to manage job site personnel and direct tasks in the field
  • Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and service project scopes
  • OSHA 10 certification required
  • Technical School, Trade School, or Apprenticeship Program Certifications are a plus

This position is based at our HQ in Sterling, VA. This role will also require travel to work sites in the DMV area.
