Job Description

The Mechanical Project Engineer will work on projects of varying complexity and scope, providing expertise and consultation on high-priority projects. This role involves scoping and reviewing project requirements in collaboration with system engineers across relevant disciplines.

Starting Pay Rate for Candidates without PE License: $80k - and flexible to go up due to years of experience

Starting Pay Rate for Candidates with PE License: $100k - and flexible to go up due to years of experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide oversight of infrastructure projects and address roadblocks to ensure smooth progress.
• Achieve ongoing project milestones and respond to customer requests efficiently.
• Meet project expectations for various site initiatives, including tooling and infrastructure projects funded by the Business Unit.
• Support the startup and commissioning of installed equipment.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Education and Experience Requirements :

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in site infrastructure and 5 years working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment .
• At least 10 years of construction project engineering experience .
• Solid understanding of project processes, working collaboratively with project managers, construction managers, system engineers, and designers.

Qualifications :

• Highly self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently in ambiguous settings.
• Skilled at applying sound judgment to resolve conflicting requirements.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a team environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and experienced in reviewing construction drawings.
