Compensation & Benefits:
Full-time, in-office role (mostly Santa Monica)
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 annually, with high end for extremely relatable experience. 💲
Bonuses: Performance-based, potentially $2500 quarterly. 💰
401k: 4% match after 1 year of employment. 📈
Healthcare: HMO (100% paid), PPO (50-60% paid, depending on plan). 🏥
Vacation: Starts at one week for the first year, with additional days accruing thereafter. 🌴
