About the Role

Raxis Engineering, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MEP Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, either in construction or design, and will play a key role in ensuring quality and coordination across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee active construction projects, including:
• Attending construction meetings
• Conducting field surveys
• Reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs
• Providing on-site clarifications as needed
• Perform internal quality control by reviewing engineering plans prior to client submission
• Conduct utility service investigations and coordinate applications with water, sewer, gas, and electrical utility providers
• Visit project sites as necessary to support investigations or clarify scope

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP construction and/or MEP design
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across several active projects
• Willingness to travel locally for short-duration site visits

Preferred (Not Required)

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Project Management certification
• Construction Management certification

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $30–$35 per hour (equivalent to $62,400–$72,800 annually)
• Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to project margins and employee performance
