Job Title: Mobile Cell Phone Repair Technician

Location: Metro Atlanta

Job Type: On-Call, Commission-Based

Compensation: $12 - $18.50 per hour (Commission-Based)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to customers to diagnose and repair various mobile phone issues, including screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs, and other common hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to conduct on-site phone repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot phone issues efficiently.
• Perform high-quality repairs on a variety of smartphone brands and models.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers.
• Keep track of repair inventory and tools.
• Provide recommendations for device care and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in mobile phone repair is preferred (screen replacements, battery changes, water damage repair, etc.). However training can be provided if needed.
• Ability to work on-call with a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation is required .
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Must provide your own basic tools (preferred but not required).
