As a Motion Web Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping visually compelling and accessible web experiences that balance aesthetics with functionality.

Please note: This is a 6-month contractor role under a service agreement, with potential for extension.

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – onsite near Miami International Airport). Candidates within commuting distance can apply.

You bring to the team the following competencies:

• 5+ years of experience in creative or visual design roles, ideally in digital environments.
• Mastery of Lottie Files and light motion design for icons and interactive elements.
• Familiarity with Figma for crafting responsive web designs.
• Experience creating and editing video content for hero sections, homepage banners, or other dynamic assets.
• Strong understanding of ADA compliance principles for web accessibility:
• Ability to adapt and recycle pre-approved design elements while maintaining consistency and accessibility.
• A refined eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy .
• Basic understanding of UI and usability principles to ensure function supports form.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Design visually impactful, ADA-compliant landing pages and UI components using Figma.
• Create and repurpose video and animated content for web use—especially in homepage hero sections and brand touchpoints.
• Skillfully recycle and modify pre-approved design elements, ensuring all changes remain compliant and consistent with brand standards.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all digital assets, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and dev teams to implement design updates and assets efficiently.
• Propose creative design solutions that align with usability, performance, and accessibility requirements.
• Stay up to date with trends in motion design, UI design, and digital accessibility standards.
