Project Manager – Multifamily / Large Stick-Framed Housing

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale, stick-framed multifamily construction. This role requires occasional travel to New Castle, PA (a few times per month) and is best suited for candidates local to Columbus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of large-scale, stick-framed multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, property staff, and trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare cost estimates and support budgeting efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee daily project operations, problem-solving independently and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently, balancing deadlines and resource needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction, specifically with large stick-framed multifamily projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in schedule development and construction management software.
• Willingness and ability to travel to job sites as needed, particularly to New Castle, PA.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to project oversight and team coordination.
